01 Availability & booking
All equipment is subject to availability. An inquiry is not a reservation. A booking is confirmed only after a written quote, signed rental agreement, and agreed payment requirements are completed.
02 ID, insurance & security hold
Renters must be 18 or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the agreement and payment method at pickup. Don’t send ID or payment details through this form.
Equipment insurance covering the full replacement value is required unless an alternative is approved in writing. Any required certificate and loss-payee wording will be supplied with your quote. A refundable security hold may also apply; the amount and release conditions are confirmed before payment. A deposit does not replace insurance or limit responsibility for loss or damage.
03 Pickup, returns & included gear
Charlotte pickup and return are by appointment. The exact location is shared with confirmed renters. Inspect the equipment together at handoff. Your quote lists the camera, mount, accessories, and replacement values; lenses and recording media are not automatically included.
Return all listed items at the agreed time and in the same condition, allowing for normal use. Back up your footage before returning any rented media.
04 Changes, cancellation & late returns
Let us know as soon as your schedule changes. Extensions require approval and depend on availability. Cancellation deadlines, any cancellation charges, late fees, and damage or cleaning terms are stated in the rental agreement before you commit.
